The Director of Finance (DOF)
is responsible to the Commandant for the
coordination of all financial matters.
However, he also advises the Deputy Commandant and
Directors on financial matters in those
aspects as required by their
responsibilities. Furthermore, he is to
control the College Recurrent and
Capital expenditure, articulates
accounting policy and procedures for the
College, signs transcripts and other
important accounting statements
forwarded to the Accountant General of
the Federation and prepares
Revenue and Expenditure estimates for
the College. Other task are formulating
stores policy and procedures for the
College, coordination of AFCSC Annual
Budget, payment of emoluments,
allowances, advance and imprest and
performs any other duties on financial
matters as may be directed by the Comdt.
The DOF is assisted by Staff
Officer Grade 1 Finance, Staff Officer 2
Finance and the Cashier among others.
