Admiral JO Kpokpogri was born on 8th December 1952, in
Lagos. He hails from Delta State. He attended Anglican Primary School,
Lagos 1958 – 1965, Urhobo College Effurun, Warri 1966 –
1970, Federal School of Science, Lagos 1971 – 1973 and
Nigerian Defence Academy, Kaduna 1973 – 1975.
